Challenge
Monster.com, one of the first online and trafficked job boards, was facing declines to their SMB market share along with decline in CRM performance. The goal was to improve CRM performance and reverse SMB market share declines.
Solution
Working in close collaboration with Monster’s customer relationship, product and sales departments we conducted SMB research in California, Chicago and NYC to gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the Monster's CRM activities across a spectrum of small business verticals. Online research tools and collaboration boards helped to direct the necessary CRM changes across content, template design, offers, and messaging.
Impact
Monster experienced double-digit increases in effectiveness measures and ROI. The revamp was responsible for returning monster.com to a strong leadership position and for securing the necessary budget to enhance their CRM into social CRM.
